Canberra house prices jump again

Canberra house prices have leapt to a record high to round out the end of 2020.

The latest Domain House Price Report shows median house prices for the capital rose by 6.4 per cent over the December quarter to $855,530.

The reports shows house prices in all capital cities are at new peaks, except for Darwin and Perth.
