Possible Breakthrough In Eden Waugh Homicide Case

Weapons have been found, believed to be linked to the murder of a Canberra man.

ACT Homicide Detectives have pulled a firearm and a crowbar from the Queanbeyan River.

Authorities believe they form part of the investigation into the death of Watson resident Eden Waugh.

The 37-year-old was shot dead at his apartment in front of his girlfriend in November last year.

Police charged Taniela Manu Pikula as an accessory to murder last July; they believe he assisted Jason Pikula-Carroll and Tavake Lee Pikula with the act, however they're yet to be charged.

The items pulled from the river will now undergo forensic analysis.
