Serious crash on Monaro Highway

Two people have been taken to hospital following a seriou" two-car accident on the Monaro Highway this morning.

The collision happened at around 8am on the southbound lanes in Fyshwick, just before the Newcastle Street off-ramp.

The two drivers were treated at the scene by paramedics, before being transported to Canberra Hospital.
