Canberra rental prices on par with Sydney
Canberrans are still paying the equal highest rent in the country, with the median asking price for a house in the Capital $550 a week. Domain's latest State of the Market Rental Report shows Canberra rents have jumped by 8.4% in the past 12 months, to be on par with Sydney.
