Police are calling for help in locating a missing Canberra man.
 
 
William Missingham was last seen on Saturday in Kambah. 
 
He's described as Caucasian in appearance, of large build, with dark brown hair and a beard - last seen wearing a hoodie and dark pants.

Unit Prices Plummet To An Eight-Year Low

 
Canberra first-home buyers have reason for hope as unit prices plummet to an eight-year low.
 
 
The latest Domain group data shows a 2.9 percent decrease in unit prices  for the quarter.
 
The dip, which was the sharpest decline since 2004, did not apply to house prices which rose by 3.9 percent.
