Treasure Found in Lake Burely Griffin

A container resembling a treasure chest has been discovered in Lake Burley Griffin.

Discovered by fishermen near the Black Mountain peninsula in the early hours, the chest appeared to have been in the water for sometime.

Local authorities have taken the chest for further examination, currently the contents are unknown.

Mural Unveiled Ahead of World Autism Awareness Day

An interactive mural for a new early intervention autism centre in Garran has been unveiled ahead of World Autism Awareness Day on Friday.
