Chief Minister Andrew Barr says the latest version of the federal government's religious freedom bill would threaten human rights.

A Canberra couple is pleading to be reunited with their 18-month-old daughter, who's been stranded in Hubei province due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The Ngunnawal parents sent their daughter Chloe to stay with her grandmother in China, so she could avoid the bushfire smoke blanketing Canberra.
