Channel 10 has a three week deadline to handover a million dollars to Lisa Wilkinson over legal proceedings, that stem from multiple Canberra based court actions.

It’s a complex series of events – with a high stakes payout.

It began with the a failed rape trial in Canberra… then a failed defamation case against Lisa Wilkinson and Channel 10.

Justice Michael Lee, who’s an additional judge in the A.C.T. Supreme court… ruled in their favour.

But then came the question: “Who was responsible to pick up WHICH legal fee?.

The TV network originally refused to cover her expenses…

The Federal Court has now confirmed, the network will pay Wilkinson – more than a million dollars – by March 19.
