Chief Minister Andrew Barr will have an interesting meeting later this week.

Independents FIONA CARRICK and THOMAS EMERSON will speak with the Chief Minister later this week – as the make up of the new look A.C.T. Government begins to take shape.

Analysts have projected a Labor – Greens A.C.T. Government in the wake of the weekend election.

However, two independents who won their seats – and a third who remains in the vote count, has prompted questions as to whether, they may be able to form a last minute alliance with the Liberals and offer an alternative Coalition government.

Analysts agree it’s possible,  but also say it’s more likely, the independents will seek some sort of alliance with the Labor Greens Government –

the two Independents are due to sit-down with Andrew Barr, later this week.
