The comment comes as the rate of suspensions in Canberra High schools hit their highest levels in six years…
instead of reaction to inappropriate behaviour , VERONICA ELLIOTT – from the A.C.T. Council of Parents and Citizens Associations says positive styled action is better.
Figures also showed, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students were more likely to be suspended, as were students with disabilities.
