Tourism numbers in the ACT are nearly back to pre-COVID levels
Figures have revealed, more than five million visitors have headed to the A.C.T. in a 12-month period.
Tourists also spent $3.66 billion in the nation’s capital in the year to September , which was the highest amount spent by visitors in a 12-month period.
According to Tourism Research Australia – 5.68 million visitors over the year, which is about 93 percent of the pre-covid levels.
Visitor numbers were bolstered by Floriade with more than 430,000 attendees.
