Questions remain on HOW Canberra’s Australian Institute of Sport will be upgraded, now that it won’t be relocated to Queensland.

It follows an Independent review that recommended – the Institute should NOT be moved away from Canberra…

Federal Member for Fenner ANDREW LEIGH says the report found such a move away from the National Capital would be “Problematic”

Instead, it recommended the Bruce campus be revitalised…

But right now, Canberrans and the sporting community have been left in the dark on improvements – pending an EXPECTED announcement in the upcoming May Federal Budget
