Access Canberra Translation Service

Access Canberra has introduced a 12-month trial of Auslan translation services at its Service Centres to better support the deaf and hard of hearing community.
The on-demand service, provided by Deaf-owned Convo Australia, allows real-time interpretation via a QR code, with no app download or fees required.
Minister Tara Cheyne noted that this initiative builds on existing inclusive services at Access Canberra.
