A man’s been bailed and will re-appear in court at a later date, charged with stabbing his brother-in-law at a party in Canberra
Police say the stabbing incident happened back in March after an argument.
A man was allegedly stabbed multiple times by his brother in law –
The victim was taken to hospital and received medical treatment for life threatening injuries.
A 37 year old was granted bail after pleading NOT GUILTY to the charge last week in the A.C.T. Magistrates court.
The Judge granted bail, saying there’s nothing to indicate he’d behave this way in the future.
The accused is due back in court, at a later date.
