ACT Policing is seeking witnesses and dash-cam footage following an alleged indecent act in Gungahlin earlier this month.

Between 11pm on December 11, to 1am December 12, a man riding an e-scooter allegedly committed an indecent act on a woman near the Gungahlin Drive overpass near the golf club.

Police say the e-scooter had multi-coloured LED lights.

It’s understood the alleged culprit is in his 30s and having a slight middle eastern accent.

At the time of the incident, he was wearing black sandshoes, long black pants, a black hooded jumper and a black backpack.

Anyone who witnessed or has dash-cam footage of the incident to come forward and report to Crime Stoppers.
