ACT Policing have taken delivery of 2 new state of the art police vehicles.

The BMW’s are fitted with Automatic Number Plate Recognition systems which can scan in multiple directions.

They also have video recording cameras effectively giving a 360 degree view.

Police Minister Mick Gentleman says Being able to detect unregistered cars and drivers more quickly makes Canberra’s roads safer.
