The ACT State Emergency Service has now received 167 calls for assistance as a result of the wet weather since midnight.

80 of these have now been completed.

The requests for assistance have mainly consisted of leaking roofs, fallen trees and flooded roads across Canberra.

Paddy’s River Road has been closed on the southern end at Discovery Drive.
