The ACT Government is facing court action over a housing plan that was dumped.
At least 30 Public Housing Tenants seeking compensation over plans to forcibly relocate them in 20-22 have been heard briefly in the Federal Court.
The plan was finally dumped, but hundreds of residents received lease termination notices, as part of a relocation scheme, as part of the government’s new housing plan.
Housing Minister Yvette Berry apologised to residents, the ABC Reports the case will return to court for a hearing on May 3.
