A 19 year old man’s due back in court later this month, charged with the rape of a fellow student at Canberra’s Defence Force Academy.
The teen made a brief appearance in the A.C.T. Magistrates court last month where he was granted bail.
He’s facing two counts of sexual intercourse without consent, against a female student last May –
Police say, the incident occurred at a residential facility in Campbell.
The man received conditional bail – including that he NOT attend the same classes with the woman.
The matter’s due back in court, this month.
