The ACT Magistrates Court has dismissed charges over an incident at the Canberra Airport in July.
The man who told his son to ride the baggage carousel at the Airport told the court last Monday, ‘he thought it would be funny’.
He pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting entry to security restricted areas in an airport.
The man and his two sons were at the Airport on July 2nd after travelling from Brisbane, when one was encouraged to ride the carousel, while the other filmed it.
Magistrate Jane Campbell ultimately decided to dismiss the charge, finding it was done as a joke.
