Alleged Immigration Scam

Share:

Concerns have been raised about a Canberra based Immigration service that’s alleged to have scammed an American out of nearly 30-thousand dollars.

The man from Cincinnati met his future wife, who’s from Sydney – when they were swimmers at Ohio State University.

The man did a web search – telling the Canberra Times, he found I.C. Australia – and trusted the experts who allegedly claimed, the would handle the visa process.

After handing over thousands of dollars.. he’s still without a visa and no recourse to get the money back. The company, that boasted its A.C.T. office, also threatened him, should he dispute it.

Reviews have warned others about alleged fraud… with other people losing money.
