A 40 year old man’s been granted bail after appearing in the A.C.T. Magistrates Court on charges of threatening to kill, property damage and trespassing.

After reading out the charges in court, The Judge hearing the case summed it up in simple terms – the man threatened to kill his parents.

It’s alleged, the incident happened on Saturday, but the accused claimed in court – he has no recollection.

Just a day before the alleged incident, the man was released form a Sydney mental health facility.

The case was adjourned until next month.
