Work has begun on construction plans for a mixed use precinct I Anzac Park East.
The National Capital Authority gave the official thumbs up for the project to go ahead.
The location corners 18,000 square metres of heritage-listed Anzac Park East – on the corner of Parkes Way, Anzac Parade and Constitution Avenue
345 apartments will make up a five building area… there’s also a nine storey high office block, and a dining area.
Work’s expected to be completed by late 2025.
