A man’s due to return to court next month, charged with assaulting his partner in a moving vehicle, while driving erratically in Canberra.

It’s alleged, the woman hung out of car’s door, during the incident.

A 35 year old man’s already made a brief appearance in court over the incident in Harrison… in which it’s further alleged, he struck the woman.

He was charged two days later, facing multiple offences….

The man did not apply for bail and was remanded in custody until next month’s court appearance.
