A large development has been proposed, for one of Belconnen’s most established suburbs, potentially bringing in hundreds of new residents.
Plans for the site, opposite Kaleen Plaza include 96 apartments across two blocks, as well as townhouses and a mixed-use indoor space.
It’s understood all buildings currently on the site, including the Kaleen Sports Centre would be demolished to make room for the development.
