A man’s due to re-appear in court on Tuesday after allegedly raping a customer at a Belconnen massage Centre.

The Palmerston man did not enter any pleas during his original court appearance last week on two counts of sexual intercourse without consent and another of committing an act of indecency without consent.

The assault allegedly occurred after massage colleagues had closed and left the shop.

The woman told police she was frozen in fear during the incident.

Conditions were placed on the accused.

He’s due back in the A.C.T. Magistrates court on Tuesday.
