BONZA: “Should’ve started with Canberra”.

An aviation expert has declared, Bonza Airways had a missed opportunity by not initially setting up flights involving the National Capital.

Aviation Industry expert JUSTIN WASTNAGE from Griffith University says Bonza should’ve included Canberra Airport from the get go of its operations….

He says the potential travelling population is perfect with the A.C.T. because of the type of jets used (Boeing 737 jets) and the fact that Canberra is a small base but the locals love to travel.

Mr Wastnage says Bonza would have seen success with flights in and out of Canberra.

The airline was in discussions with Canberra Airport authorities – but talks had not progressed.

Mr Wastnage says Administrators have given Bonza until the end of the month to find a new buyer
