A Gungahlin cafe manager’s due back in court at the end of the month, charged with abusing a 15 year old girl in the workplace.

The 32 year old has already made a brief appearance in the A.C.T. Magistrates court to face a variety of charges – including 3 counts of rape, over multiple alleged incidents in April.

Earlier this week, Police raided the cafe… and the man’s home

The magistrate declaring, there appears to be signficant evidence.. including CCTV footage.

Bail was refused… the man was remanded in custody until his next court appearance in 3 weeks.
