Canberra’s employers are on-notice, show greater support to staff, or risk a lack of workforce engagement and a massive loss in economic activity.

The comment comes after new research, released by Gallop….

Only 23 percent of Australians are engaged with their workplace, leading to a 223-billion dollar loss in potential revenue.

The report’s found, mediocre management has led to staff feeling undervalued… un-supported… and not being recognised for their contributions… figures also found, Now’s a good time to leave your job… and 42% of staff are actively looking around.

It suggests, employers across the A.C.T. need to concentrate on retaining their talent through better engagement.
