There’s confirmation, The A-C-T is on track to record its worst flu season to date, after a recent spike in cases.

Figures for LAST year, saw 4,837 reported cases of the flu in Canberra.

THIS year, 4,020 cases have been confirmed… and flu season isn’t over yet.

Many of THIS year’s cases have involved children.

It’s again sparked renewed suggestions by the Australian Medical Association for Canberrans to get the flu jab… saying it’s never too late.

The spike in cases is not expected to go down, until September, at the earliest.
