There’s been a positive response in the growth of the A.C.T.’s home values.

The latest CoreLogic Home Value Index shows house values also went up by half a percent.

Research Director at CoreLogic Tim Lawless says this rate of growth is good.

Canberra is still more expensive to buy a house than Sydney or Melbourne.

With the median price in the A.C.T. sitting just under one-MILLION dollars.
