Canberra is no longer the second most expensive housing market.

Brisbane has overtaken Canberra as Australia’s second most expensive capital city.

Home values across the A.C.T. rose Point five of a percent in May, with the median sitting at  $840,100.

Brisbane came in at $843, 231

Unit values in both cities also rose, but Brisbane was also ahead of Canberra.
