While the Canberra Raiders had great on-field success in 2025, their fans weren’t so lucky, with parking fines outside GIO Stadium hitting a four year high.

According to analysis by The Canberra Times, fans who illegally parked in Bruce reached $231,000 on game days.

Bruce wasn’t the only suburb to see a rise in parking infringements, with inspectors out in the City, Phillip and Garran.

Across the capital, the ACT Government has issued nearly $4 million in parking fines, and around 60,000 infringements up to December 14.
