Weekly rents in Canberra are back on the rise.

According to CoreLogic, the median weekly rent for a Canberra home was $674.
The latest rental market report is the month of April, showing a POINT SIX percent rise, which means it’s a near two percent quarterly rise.

Homes in Weston Creek saw the biggest up-tick, – an increase of 3.4 perent.

Unit rentals in the A.C.T. rose one-and-a-half percent.
