The federal government has committed $750,000 in funding towards Canberra’s own Holocaust Museum and Education Centre.

The announcement comes as today marks international Holocaust Remembrance Day.

While plans are in the early stages the Holocaust Museum is likely to form a wing of the National Jewish Memorial Centre, which is run by the ACT Jewish Community.
