The latest report on government services shows Canberra patients continue to wait longer than anywhere else in the country for emergency hospital treatment.

Just 48% of patients presenting to our emergency departments are treated on time, compared to a national average of 74%.

The latest figures come just weeks after it was revealed expansions to the Canberra Hospital were facing further delays, along with claims the ACT will soon run out of hospital beds.
