Goodwin Street to see the bulk of the changes, pending approval.

The plan includes 40 one, two and three bedroom units… up to four storeys high.

The proposal follows an increase in the development of neighbouring Dickson and similar ideas are being raised for eastern areas of Lyneham.

The application’s open for public comment for at least the next 3 weeks.
