It seems Canberra’s Nick Kyrgios is turning his back on Sydney.

The Canberra tennis star bought an apartment in Sydney’s Kensington, back in March 2022.

At the time, it was speculated, Kyrgios was leaving the A.C.T. to call Sydney home.

But since his split with Sydney businesswoman COSTEEN HATZI, the property is now for sale.

He bought the property for about 1.6 million dollars…. his asking price is 1.8

However, the local market has suffered a downturn – similar penthouse apartments are on the market for 1.4 million dollars.
