Canberrans appear divided in their support for Queensland and New South Wales in tonight’s STATE OF ORIGIN decider.

There’s a lot of support for the Blues – but there seems to be an equal amount of support for the Queensland.

That’s considering the history of Canberra Raiders players who’ve played for QLD in the past…   Mal Meninga… the Walters boys, Josh Papalii – just to name a few.

Raiders players – named for the Blues over the years – has also been impressive…

but analysts say, it’s Canberra’s link with QLD, which is being remembered for so many wins over the years – that’s generating a lot of support… something which Canberra’s younger generation seems to identify with.
