Police believe more charges are likely as the continue to investigate the robbery of a post office and a petrol station in Canberra’s south.

A 19 year old man’s already been arrested and charged over his alleged part in the burglaries.

Police allege – he was with a group of people who last week smashed the front entry doors of the post office in Lanyon and stealing cash.

They say a Wanniassa Petrol station was later targetted but failed to get in, causing signficant damage.

Police say they’re following up several good leads about the identities of others involved.
