Channel 10 in Canberra has a new owner.

It’s been a quiet ownership change, that was months in the making.

In mid December, Southern Cross Austereo announced, it was selling Canberra’s 10 programming licence – THAT sale is now complete.

Network 10 now owns the licence, amid some conditions.

It’s not yet known, if 10 plans to provide short news updates on the station… or if it plans to reintroduce local news bulletins
