A number of charges against Raiders Hooker Tom Starling have been dropped.

The rising Canberra star was arrested in December over a bar brawl involving his brothers on the Central Coast of NSW.

In Gosford Local Court today, he faced charges which included affray and assaulting a police officer.

Six of the seven charges against Tom Starling have been dropped after security camera footage showed no evidence of an assault on police.

Starling still faces one count of hindering officers, which he will fight.
