Christmas in the City opens today with a program of events and installations to kick off the festive season in Canberra’s CBD.

City Walk has been transformed into a festive wonderland with a brand new design for the Christmas Tree.

While there will be everything from Dancing in the Streets to naughty elves descending upon Braddon.

The Canberra Symphony Orchestra will also perform under the Christmas Tree in City Walk.
