A Convicted Paedophile could be released from prison in just over four years for collecting thousands of child abuse files at his Amaroo home.

The 66 year old was actually sentenced to nearly 10 years jail, but could be released on parole in late 2028.

He pleaded guilty to multiple charges – after last year, bieng found with 280-thousand images of videos showing child abuse material.

The judge took into account, the man’s autism… and lack of interest in relationships with other people, which he believed made him a low risk of carrying out any physical offending.
