Federal and ACT Police officers will next month vote on whether they take industrial action, as a pay dispute continues.
36 industrial action options have been put before members, including not issuing speeding tickets and suspending the transport of people in custody.
Officers believe they need a pay rise of 5 per cent per year to catch up to other jurisdictions.
Australian Federal Police Association President Alex Caruana says the situation is at its breaking point.
