The Territory’s anti corruption watchdog has highlighted a number of potential corruption risks in the ACT Public service, including cronyism, corrupt decision making and misuse of public funds.

The ACT Integrity Commission has received 76 complaints since December 2019, with concerns around record keeping and hidden relationships.

There were also concerns about perceived conflicts of interest and concerns about public servants overestimating their ability to manage them.
