Back to court, next month, for a man over the recent “CUBBY” arrest here in Canberra.

The 27 year old’s already had his case briefly mentioned in court, over a very bizarre arrest… in a cubby house, at the property of a Wanniassa family.

He was hiding from police after a huge police pursuit,

The man was on parole at the time, breaching a variety of conditions after failing to stop for police last week. Police further allege, drugs were found in his vehicle.

He’s yet to apply for bail… or enter any pleas.

The case goes back to court next month
