A man’s expected to learn his fate in the coming weeks after appearing in court over a cowards punch attack on a man outside a Canberra night club.

The incident happened back in late September last year.

It followed a scuffle involving a group of men.

One man is seen on CCTV footage, punching the victim who fell back and hit his head on the gutter.

The court was told – the victim suffered brain injury.. and that the accused was already serving a correction order for a near identical incident.

The court’s yet to come back with a decision.
