Back to court, later this month, for a man over the recent “CUBBY” arrest here in Canberra.

The 27 year old’s had his case briefly mentioned in court, mid last month.

It’s a bizarre arrest… in a cubby house, at the property of a Wanniassa family.

He was hiding from police after a huge police pursuit,

The man was on parole at the time, breaching a variety of conditions after failing to stop for police – Police further allege, drugs were found in his vehicle.

He’s yet to apply for bail… or enter any pleas.

The case is back to court later this month
