A hearing will be held in the new year for a man over the so-called “Cubby House Arrest” earlier this year in Canberra.

It was a bizarre situation dating back to August when the driver took off after a car stop… leading to a pursuit in Tuggeranong.

Weapons were allegedly found in a bag that were thrown out of the car during the chase… It’s alleged, the man was eventually found, hiding out in a cubby house.

He’s already spent 3 months behind bars –

In court this week, Conditional bail’s been granted..

The 27 year old plans to fight the charges at a hearing to be held in late February, next year.
