A deadline’s been placed on Canberra based REX passengers who want travel on Virgin, in the wake of the company’s collapse.

REX went into voluntary administration earlier this week… but only the airline’s Boeing 737 jet services have been affected.

That also means the daily service between Canberra and Melbourne IS NO MORE…..

VIRGIN has offered a FREE transfer – but only to those ticketted prior to August 14.

Canberrans who were travelling with REX, are advised to contact Virgin directly to ensure the transfer is completed.
